Making Spinach Pies



















Filling ingredients:
1 Onion
2 packages frozen spinach - thawed and squeezed out well.
Salt
Sumaq (sumac berries)
Citric Acid (or lemon/lime juice)
Olive Oil

Dough:
Whole wheat or white all purpose flour
Warm water
yeast
Sugar (or honey)
Salt
Vegetable Oil
